7 points7 points7 points6 points5 points5 pointsG’day NOPE .....Not One Puff Ever.... (replace Ever with Min,Hour, Day as required.)
5 points5 points5 points5 points5 points5 pointsIt's highly unlikely any one individual can unilaterally affect such a change, but regardless, don't throw your quit away on a politician. You've worked too damn hard to let them bring you down. Every time I'm even remotely tempted to start smoking, I think, "Is this person worth giving up my quit for?" The answer, thus far, has been a resounding "NOPE!"5 points5 points4 points4 points4 points4 points4 points4 pointsWell done @Kdad.... Think about how much more expensive your life will get if you have to feed a nicotine habit.
4 points3 points3 points3 pointsGday And the pay back for doing that? Next time you meet a crave it gets weaker! And you get stronger! The trick is not to fight and struggle Just wait calmly And in five minutes it slithers away and is gone You’ll still be here So hang in there3 points3 points3 points3 points2 points2 points2 points2 pointsWay to go! Congrats on your smoke-free anniversary, @AceWhite!
2 points2 points2 points2 points2 points@Kdad nobody is going to take away your disability, so please stop worrying! Please don't go and buy any cigs because that will NOT help you one bit, it will just make you worse!!! Cigarettes don't make anything better. You can do this!!!👍2 pointsCongratulations @AceWhite on four years free! I hope you're doing good and will stop by to give us an update soon. Have a nice day 😊1 point1 point1 point1 pointPeople who pick up their dogs poop in a black bag then …. leave the black bag where the poop was 😡1 point1 pointPeople misusing whatever new saying is going around. First it was people calling everyone Karen now its saying "let's go" out of context1 point1 pointCongratulations Ace, your are doing so great. Keep it up and get your forever quit. You deserve it.1 point1 pointCongratulations on 4 years smoke free @AceWhite Great job!1 point1 point1 point1 point1 pointSmoking will not make anything better @Kdad It will not solve any problems, even things beyond your control. You do have control of your quit and you are strong enough to keep the quit. Don't light up.1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 point1 pointI took January as a "trial month" of sorts to figure out a workout plan. Part of what I'm doing today is putting the final touches on a workout plan that eases me into a full workout. Starting next week, I'll begin that regimen. Hopefully this time I won't collapse a lung.1 point1 pointDoreen, you spoil me! Thank you so much, what a great party!1 pointThis leaderboard is set to New York/GMT-04:00Important Information
