  3. Hi everyone, Quitting smoking is never a one-size-fits-all journey, and that’s something I really appreciate about this community. Join the discussion clearly shows how people share different paths, struggles, and wins along the way. I wanted to open up a conversation around what actually helped you step away from smoking—whether it was mindset changes, routines, support systems, or alternatives. For some, it’s about handling cravings; for others, it’s breaking habits tied to daily life. From our experience at Vapeaah, we’ve seen that even small shifts—like changing routines or finding a less harmful alternative—can make a big difference when someone is trying to stay on track. But everyone’s journey is unique. So what worked for you? Was there a turning point moment? What helped you through the toughest cravings? Any tips for someone just starting out? Would love to hear your experiences and support each other here — Team Vapeaah.co.uk

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
