  3. Stocking on toilet paper is never a bad financial decision. A high quality 2 ply is worth more than cash or gold in any kind of disruption. Pandemics, earthquakes, tsunamis, tornados, hurricanes. No matter what's going on people will always need to wipe...except maybe for famines, but even then I'm sure it will have uses.
  4. maybe go back to the doc and tell him that the GLP1 maybe giving you cravings to smoke. See if that's a side effect he is aware of and is there another treatment other than GLP1. Good to see you are still smoke free after 5 years. Please don't lose your quit now.
  5. A young boy sitting with his grandfather says, "Granddad, tell me about the war." The grandfather says, "Well, when I first went in the army they were training me to be a paratrooper and my jump instructor was great big black sergeant with a bad attitude. Now I've always been afraid of heights and I was deathly afraid of having to jump out of an airplane. So the on our first training mission when it came my turn to jump I just couldn't bring myself to step out the door of the plane. The sergeant got mad at me, pulled down his pants and screamed, "Recruit, if you don't jump right now I'm gonna shove this big black **** right up your ass!!" The little boy, now wide eyed, said, "Gee, grandpa. Did you jump?" The grandfather replied, "Yeah, but only a little at first."

  7. Do not light up. A cigarette will not accomplish anything good for you but it will drag you back into the dark world of nicotine addiction that you defeated 5 years ago. Keep the quit, you will be so better off. Life is so much better without nicotine.
  8. Gday Chicken pot pie. Every one has a recipe I’d think. Mines never the same each time. Just gets whatever is there. Left over chicken of course. This ones got mushroom I got in return for some eggs. Frozen peas. Some corn cut from the cob. Onion and celery. All bound in a white sauce with some French onion soup powder. Into a casserole dish with a top of puff pastry. Baked on a trivet in the gas grill on my covered verandah. Great weekday meal with leftovers for lunches.
  9. Gday The trick for bring these and there scent inside is to get a glass bowl and 3/4 fill with tap water. Float the flowers on the surface of the water and the room will fill with there scent.
  10. A man goes to a female dentist to have a tooth extracted. She pulls out a needle to give him a shot of local anesthetic, but he says, “No way! I hate needles!” So she starts to hook up the nitrous oxide mask, and he says, “I can’t do that either. The thought of having the mask on suffocates me!” The dentist then asks the man if he has any objection to taking a pill. “No,” he says, “I’m fine with pills.” She returns with two blue pills. “What are those?” he asks. “Vi agra,” she replies. He says, “Wow! I didn’t know Vi agra works as a painkiller!” “It doesn’t,” said the dentist, “but it’ll give you something to hold on to when I pull your tooth.”
  11. That incessant voice running around in a loop in your head needs to be stopped in its track. Replace the thoughts with something else even if it is you just saying the alphabet over & over & over again. Get up and do something physical ... anything .. go for a walk, take a shower, and keep kicking out the smoking thoughts and replacing them with something else. You control your thoughts. You. Tell yourself "NO". Don't give yourself permission to smoke again. You already made that great choice to stop 5 years ago. You will never be satisfied as a smoker ever again. You would just need to start all over again to get to this same place. Do whatever it takes to wake up tomorrow with no regrets.
  12. NOPE… These smell amazing
  13. 3…… like a cracked record
  14. Gday If you have just one you will be right back where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are right now. - Marvitta Says it all don’t it……..
