  7. Hey newbies & lurkers & old phartes... No spoilers I promise… if you watch The Bear Season 4 Episode 10 has some very strong smoking triggers. The whole show does but this episode even got this 2016 Buttkicker for just a millisecond. N.O.P.E.! L4L

  10. Thank you for the years of support, Nancy. Congratulations!
  11. NOPE…
  12. Yup, like Doreen said, it gets easier in time. Trust me, I never thought it would get easier but here I am over 2 years later and I'm telling you that it does. You just have to stick with it! Nobody was more grumpy than I was. I would fight with my whole family because I was so on edge. The first few months are the hardest. My recommendation is to come on here every day and do the daily NOPE pledge, it will keep you focused! You can do this Jane!

  15. G’day NOPE .....Not One Puff Ever.... (replace Ever with Min,Hour, Day as required.)
  16. Well done Jane … we know it’s hard at the start , the only way it gets easier is time The longer you put those cancer sticks behind you , the easier it gets . Reread all on here , keep it fresh in your mind . Remember why you want to Quit … you will only feel like this once , as long as you don’t smoke Stat close here , play games , it does help being active here
  17. NOPE (but updated ticker isn't active. Not a month; I wish)
  18. Still smoke frr but who ever said it gets easier is kidding me. It seems to be getting harder everyday. Grumpy is being kind lol Don't know if its just missing smoking or cravings but it would be so easy so just say sod it but i wont
  19. Congratulations on your fabulous 4 months smoke free Upwards and Onwards

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
