Keep in mind that you are a Nonsmoker! Think about how much better you feel and the money saved since you quit.  You can do this!

Thinking about a situation... Is always worse than actually doing it...I bet you surprise yourself !!!!

You will be so proud for not smoking at the end of a long driving day!  Every time you do things that you used to smoke while doing, you chip away at those associations and your quit gets stronger and stronger. If you can look at the toughness of the day as the healing process that it is, maybe you'll feel better about it.  KTQ, Octain!

NOPE!

You know me all too well lol.

The triggers were all there but I kicked they asses like molasses!!

A nicotine trigger feels weird. I just came back to my friends shop with a cup of coffee as is my afternoon norm.

No cigarette with this coffee though and that was a solid two or three minutes of emotional weirdness. When was the last time I could enjoy a cup of coffee without a smoke? A long time ago.

Man this is nice. Im going to start hitting the gym again if I keep feeling this good.
