Congratulations Reci! 6 months is a major milestone. Enjoy this day and thanks for all you've done to help others.

Hey thanks my favorite quit buddies :) I have been looking forward to this 1/2 year mark as a pretty major milestone in my quit journey. Next one I have my eye on now is the 1 year anniversary! I want to thank all of you on this board for the wealth of information that I've been able to use to my advantage in helping me quit and stay quit. I feel pretty solid in my quit now but still have a healthy respect for what this addiction is and what will happen if I do anything stupid. I want to keep that in mind always so I can remain quit for life because, as all you that went before me always said in the early part of my quit; "it will get easier if you just push forward and don't smoke" and guess what ........ it did! It's easy to manage now and will get even better in the next 6 months too I expect. Why would I ever throw that all away?

So very sorry to be late!!  I am so thankful for all you bring to this board, and so proud of your wonderful quit!  Much love to you!
