January 19, 20179 yr I did see some support groups that do not allow relapse or any use of nicotine replacement usage they seemed a bit extreme but signed up for one of those sites as well. The more support the better :-)
January 19, 20179 yr Dee... I have always said ..all roads lead to Rome... Being nicotine free ,as soon as possible is the only thing that matters...how you get there..is up to you... We never give up on anyone...

September 4, 20187 yr That's one of my favorite posts ever. In fact I've been thinking about it today, on the day of my tenth monthaversary. At this moment not-smoking is easy and obvious, almost effortless. First days, weeks, that takes courage, strenght and bravery.
