November 4, 201510 yr The reason we all smoked we was/are nicotine addicts The reason we think/ thought we liked it was we were/are nicotine addicts The reason when stressed/bored/upset/drunk/drinking coffee/driving or doing any other daily activity and smoked was we were/are nicotine addicts If you took the nicotine out of cigarettes or tobacco products you would be sick on a daily basis and I mean head down the toilet sick! Because without the nicotine hit the truth would be revealed Accept this and you will be in the right mind set to quit this addiction and with support and education will give yourself the best chance of success That's my take on it anyway :)
November 4, 201510 yr This time I didn't focus on quitting cigarettes. I focused on quitting nicotine, which has made a huge difference in the success of my quit.

October 7, 20169 yr Bump with three of Joel's talks Are You A Nicotine Junkie Were You Addicted ? I Can't Quit because I'm Addicted When I came to terms with my addiction and faced my denial, I was able to see and hear the addict's voice within myself and defy it. This action, of facing the truth, brought a deep level of honesty to my relationship with myself and one that continues to enrich my life.
October 13, 20169 yr Am I a nicotine addict? Yes, I am. And yet, I choose not to smoke. There is always a choice.
