How much did you used to smoke?

Featured Replies

I used to get through a minimum of 40 strong cigarettes per day!!

on a "good" day 20 cigarettes

on a "bad" day 40

funny how I used to think I was doing good if I kept it to a pack that day.  Unbelievable.  What a DB

In the year leading up to my quit, I was smoking about 12.

Before then, it was somewhere between 25-50 a day. :(

It really varied for me, could be as low as 7 or as high as 30-40 (with alcohol).

Same for me Gemzee. The minimum was about 10. But it could go as high as 40 if I was drinking, fishing or on holiday !

30-40 per day, I also considered a one pack day a good day  .

Went up to 25 a day the last year I smoked was 20 before that, if I was drinking easily 40 a day.
