burpees scare me more than marathons!!  Only cause we do them so much in class but they are excellent for cardio

alright then!!  I say...pick any one...doesn't matter as long as we pick one and do it.  The most important thing is you do it consistently and make sure you are challenging yourself and giving it your best.  My instructor always says "you're not suppose to be comfortable"  that always sticks in my head.  Also "do one more than you think you can do"  and ....."you are stronger than you think".  When I'm ready to give up...those words are in my head.  Works every time.
