Hey Evelyn. Life sometimes gets busy.

I don't get your line Bakon. Must be that English is my second language, or that Bakon doesn't speak English ;)

Good thinking, Evelyn! One thing that frequently leads to relapses is straying away from the board too soon. Many of us (including me) have pledged to ourselves to remain active on the board for at least one year. That means checking in at least 2 or 3 times a week, reading some posts and writing a few posts to "pay it forward". Everybody I know who has done this has stayed quit. I'm just saying... :)

Well done Evelyn.....it's been brilliant watching your journey.....

Don't be too hasty to leave.....give yourself every chance to stay quit.....

Just a daily nope...is all it takes.....

We want to see you on the lido deck....

Realising fighting each battle leads to winning the war and what you need to keep winning those battles are key, you have come along way EVelyn keep winning those battles hun, glad you know what you need xx

I think it's better to check in, take the pledge, remind yourself that there are people who really want you to stay quit, who will notice if you are struggling, who will lift you up.

I've been wondering why you've not been as active.  Stay close!  It helps.

Well I pledged NOPE everymorning that did it for me!

Others on QT need you too Evelyn! And sticking close to the board helps to ward off those nasty temptations. Posting & joining in discussions help me to feel that I am a part of a strong group. That strength is helping tremendously!

Very nice wrap-up of the value of a support group, Tyme2B. You hit the nail on the head!
