Riding the Waves

Featured Replies

Going with the ebb and flow at the minute, but OMG some of these waves are huge!!, 1 more minute.....1 more minute, and gradually the wave lowers and eases and gently laps.  Phew they are terrifying, but I know they will crash and burn out I just have to keep reassuring myself its early days, you got through hell week, you can ride these waves, it helps to visualise the cravings as waves, reaching a crest and decreasing to a gentle flow gets me through the crave, closing my eyes and concentrating.  Wave banished......

Jackie I remeber doing jumping jacks to ride the wave . You are strong ! Surf the waves ! They can't beat you. Sugar?

Hey Jackie - you have got this ... Keep surfing sweetie xx

Surfs Up!

Ain't it great to be on top of the wave instead of under it?
