February 11, 201511 yr I went to bed last night not knowing I had locked ted in a tiny cupboard all night.... I only found him ,because I heard his little cry ..when I called his name... Aww he was so happy to see me....9 hours he was in there... Poor ted...
February 11, 201511 yr Oh, I'm sure that Ted was fine! One of our cats is constantly getting into a closet and we accidentally shut her in. She just curls up and sleeps peacefully until we come home (or wake up). Then she yowls to come out. If Ted is like Trixie, this may be a life-long habit for Ted.
February 11, 201511 yr extra big hugs for ted, why is it cats love going into dark places, I have a cupboard in my kitchen which my cats can open, all I hear is the eeeeekkkk of the door, if I peak round the corner at them, I see a pair of eyes staring back, so funny xxx
February 11, 201511 yr I agree, Leanna. We have bi-fold doors on our closets (accordion-fold style). Somehow, Trixie learned to open them by pulling on the middle fold. (Her favorite, of course, is the linen closet. :)) We often see a closet door open a few inches and when we look in, there are 2 glowing eyes. Since she is a black cat, she is invisible but we do see 2 glowing eyes-- looks weird!

February 11, 201511 yr Aww poor Ted! Jupiter had ventured out into the garage once. We thought that he had gotten out. We were knocking on doors and setting up fliers. I was getting something out of the garage a week later and heard him meow. He has never gone out there again.
February 12, 201511 yr Once I was getting my bathroom redone and the men had put up new walls. I came home and heard my cat crying . To my horror I found they had accidentally walled her in. . I had to take a hammer and pull down half a wall to find her and get her out. :0

I had to take a hammer and pull down half a wall to find her and get her out. :0 Wow I did know Bakon did bathrooms !! :-) Seriously Ted would have been fine - a nice dark place to sleep in with the added bonus of a guilty human in the morning - cat heaven !! :-)
