Hi I'm Pippa or Pip or Philippa - yes I have multiple identities although the latter always makes me think I am in trouble !

 

I'm 49 and in the last few years decided to make positive changes in my life like exercising and being kind to myself - the last thing was smoking so inJuly last year I smoked my last cigarette. After some amazingly crazy weeks / months at the start (- I'm amazed I am still married to be honest ) things are now settling down - but I have found the ongoing support of and for others that have the same addiction has really helped me - so here I am :-)

 

 

I would have included more smileys but I think Tracey stole them ! :-)
