20 hours ago20 hr Thank you all so much! I still can't believe I've made it this far! Even those who know me are surprised lol It's 100% thanks to everyone here and this forum, I know for sure I couldn't have made it this far without the support, the reading material, the videos and the daily NOPE! 😁I'm at the stage where I hate cigarettes with a passion. Yes I've had a couple of silly thoughts during the early Summer of wanting one but I did what I used to do in the early days, pumped up the music and batted it away and just like that, POOF, the silly thoughts disappeared. 😁Thanks All and I'm looking forward to reaching 1 year smoke free!
