Thanks!! 6 months and I indeed are very proud. Me who thought smoking was my faith as I witnessed relapse after relapse from friends and family and therefore thought once a nicotine slave always a nicotine slave.

Well, indeed @Cbdave. That were my thoughts too. There is a memory of the first tough period but not in great detail anymore. Triggers are still there but I know the feeling and they will disappear. 

 

in the beginning the first thing I did in the morning was the daily pledge. Now I forget this occasionally. Good sign I think.
