    2hr delay for schools here also this morning...actual temp 0f 10* F   and a wind hill of -22* F..

     

    They DOP say it is to be near 50* and raining by Sunday...

     

    To me thats not any better...still cold, damp and overcast  :(

    It is 30 degrees Fahrenheit, the real free is 17. One of these days I am going to think about wearing a coat lol.
