July 10, 201412 yr I have been blessed that as each day that goes by the smoking thoughts have gone away. When I first quit the yearning felt like it poured out of each and every pore. Strangely, the one trigger place left is while driving. This goes away with a few deep breaths. It is only recently that I felt these thoughts go away. Now I am back to my normal obsessions, work, food, exercise. It certainly is glorious.
