Way to go Steven, rewards are needed.

Thank you everyone for all your support. It really means a lot. I have been struggling with my bipolar depression lately. Mostly because of all the lockdown/covid stuff. But I take the daily NOPE pledge everyday. So far, so good!

Sorry to hear that @Steven Drojensky, it has been a struggle this year for sure!  I'm glad that you know smoking wouldn't do a darn thing to help. Keep NOPING and try to stay positive because a vaccine for us isn't too far away now and soon enough things will start to get back to normal. 🤗

Congratulations on 3 months, Steven! Staying off the smokes through COVID is not easy. The fact that you are doing it and handling your depression too show that you have strength and resilience to stay the course. Way to go, Sir. Keep up the great work and honor yourself for being good to you. Woohoo!
