Movies on (Re)Play

Featured Replies

Hello Community,

There's many movies that we like but there's also that 1 or 2 movies that we just can't get enough of!
The meaning of this threat will be for us to share the movies that we've watched more than 2 times,

My ones are:

The Naked Gun - All of them
Gladiator
Spirited Away and Shawshank
Fifth Element

What are yours ? 🎥🍿

Shawshank Redemption

Citizen Kane

To Kill a Mockingbird

2001 A Space Odyssey

I don't watch films more than once except for Bridesmaids. I just laugh so much and I love Melissa McCarthy

Tombstone

Bull Durham

The Great Escape

Blazing Saddles

Westerns starring Clint Eastwood are a category unto themselves...

High Plains Drifter

The Outlaw Josey Wales

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Pale Rider

You can never go wrong with Leslie Nielsen.  If you get a chance check out the TV Show Police Squad.  It was a predecessor to the Naked Gun movies.  It only ran for one season, but was a great show.

The Big Lebowski
Pulp Fiction
Raising Arizona
Caddyshack
The Shining
Stand by Me
Die Hard

...and quite a few others

@johnny5 that was a regular and the song soul man was and is my son's karaoke song.

@notsmokinjo you sound like you watch snuff movies you're being so cagey. You have to share now or you sound too dodgy lol x

Um.... Guess 😎... Although most of my movies are probably not well known.

I will confess to watching 10 Things I Hate About You at least once a month but that's not me it's the kid...she is obsessed.

Well you are very very very artistic so I'm going to guess that you watch arty films that most of us probably wouldnt even understand. I'm thinking Sundance Film Festival type stuff.

So....besides believing that Die Hard is the best Christmas movie ever made....I have a stack of movies I have willingly watched way more than 2 times...enough that I quote them a lot...

Amistaad

Bad Boy Bubby

Breaker Morant

The Breakfast Club

Bridge Over The River Kwai

Calamity Jane

Cosi

Escape to Victory

Gallipoli

Invictus

Labyrinth

Little Voice

The Man From Snowy River

Miracle

Pans Labyrinth

Paradise Road

Phar Lap

The Princess & The Cobbler

Remember the Titans

The Replacements

Two Hands

The Year of Living Dangerously

I knew there were only six episodes of Police Squad that aired, but had no idea about the idiotic reason the show was cancelled.  ABC pulled the plug on the show as it was basically deemed too funny.  A network executive stated that there were so many jokes per episode that some viewers were going to miss many of them.  Much of the material written for future episodes became part of The Naked Gun series of movies.

The "Fact Fiend" Karl Smallwood did a video about it...
