Good job on getting right back at it......smoking is not an option remember that SMOKING IS NOT AN OPTION......rinse and repeat........you got this hugs and kicks :)

Holski, when the addict thought comes into your head, it can be so difficult to get rid off, I know this from previous relapses over the years, but you admitted it and your straight back on here, good for you, deep breaths and remember NOPE and SNOT and we are all here to help xx

Idiot.

No sorry from me. I did nothing wrong to say sorry. You need to make an apology to the group and what plan do you have to make a difference to your quit and the group? May I suggest you check in each day, for a year, and post at least on helpful thing to anybody in the smoking forum. Socia forum ok to visit but that won't count as the help. Sound fair?

Sorry you actually thought having one would be nice-trust me once you've been smoke free going back over & over to attempt to recapture that carefree smoking lifestyle its never as much fun as your addict brain tells you.

Im really glad that I believe this wholeheartedly......because many many times Ive wanted to smoke, and my brain does this funny whacked out thing where it remembers things in a way that they never were!!

Ps my friend I think you are not only a shark but a cat. And cats don't smoke. Come hang with the cat pack. :)

A friend told me the same thing when I relapsed only idiot wasn't his choice of words.  Only friends will care enough to say such things because they know you need a kick in the pants and will accept it.

Any lurkers out there, this is an example of a friend who is helping another friend and showing some tough love.  It's coming from a caring place.  This is why finding a support group, being active in it, honest and upfront is so important in beating this addiction.

If you're lurking and thinking about quitting or need a positive influence to stay quit, we'd love to have you and get to know you.  It's because of threads like this, that Holski will beat this addiction once and for all.

Damn straight. I needed a good ass whoopin' and lots of hugs too. Of which I got both!

I apologize to the group for not posting and SOS first. You haven't been wasting you time on me though.

I will do as suggested, Bakon. Thanks for caring.

Now, the plan....hmmmm. I don't have one specifically except not to pick up a smoke and smoke it, no matter what.

No Matter What

I will post my feelings  more and help others more.

There.

Love and hugs,

Hol

that's the spirit Hol!  I have a strong feeling this is the one...the one that will stick!
