I feel like I owe Bullfrog an apology.  I don't see him much anymore since he moved to North Carolina.  That guy went and fell in love and is talking about getting married.  Et tu Bullfrog?

 

In fact, these weekend get-togethers with the boys are much different now than they were twenty years-ago.  We still play in the water every chance we get, but the conversations we have now...There was talk of gardening, home projects, and raising kids.  The guys who were drinking booze were making a point to also drink water.  As Hank Williams Jr. sang "the hangovers hurt more than they used to."  And the only drugs I saw being consumed were Motrin and Advil.

 

I don't know how much we've matured, but we definitely got older.

You can still have fun as you age ...it just takes more planning ......

I'm perfectly content with having been left out of the decision making process concerning issues like floral arrangements and the like...

 

However...If there are going to be flying dildos, I need to know in advance.

As I'm writing this, we're about 65 hours from the start of the ceremony.

 

Oddly enough, I feel less nervous now than I did a month ago.

 

And Sugar Britches has shown no signs of bailing and making a break for it.

 

Looks like it's all systems go.

Oh Jillar.  This is the beginning of Boo's story.  I am sure he can handle the honeymoon but we know he will need our wisdom along the way.
