Well done on Suz one of our lovely daily NOPErs 3 months is a big one, it means your 25% of the way to the Lido Deck, your have been a nonsmoker for 1/4 of a year. That is such a great start to the rest of your life as a nonsmoker. You should be super proud of your quit. Make sure you do something super special to celebrate this occasion and spoil yourself.
