  1. Ran for 6 miles today what is everyone else up to? That is of course after doing squats, sumo squats, torso twists and lunge twists prior. Lisa

  3. I ran 6 miles today after doing regular squats, sumo squats, torso twists, and lunge twists times 3 and 15 reps each. What is everyone else doing today? Lisa
  4. When for a walk for 4 miles today...feeling off today maybe it's the gloomy weather....what is everyone doing today? Lisa

Did nothing yesterday as it rained and needed to do bills....today ran 5.2 miles I feel great.... the best thing about returning to running this time is I can run without stopping and there is no pain after...i feel I have a better form, I am not fast by any means but I am steady...about a 11 to 12 minute mile. On weight loss, even though I am no longer on shakes and am eating a healthy diet mostly, I am still losing. I am down in weight.... my anniversary vacation is coming up and I know I will be going out to eat prolly daily so I fully expect to gain even though I will still exercise and eat mostly healthy otherwise and that is okay. I have definitely given myself leeway in that respect. What Is everyone else doing? Lisa

  7. Ran 5.25 miles today after strength exercises..walked yesterday what is everyone else up to? Lisa
  8. If it doesn't improve through the stretches...try a night splint that helped me with my planter facitis. Plus take nsaids if you are medically allowed to to help with the pain as well... Lisa

  10. Went for a 5.25 mile run plus did some squats, twist lunges, torso twists prior to the run and streches after. What is everyone else doing on this hot summer....oh wait it's still spring lol...day? Lisa

Went for a 5 mile run today feels awesome....of course did my squats, lunges torso twists prior to the run and added another set to the the routine instead of 3 sets of 15 I did 4 sets of 15....ended with some stretches at home to help open my hips and stretch my muscles out....what is everyone else doing today?   15. My mother in law had/has graves disease it is now in remission and has been for years. Not sure if she is still on meds for it now. She had it bad with the telltale bulging eyes etc.... glad you have a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Lisa
  16. I ran for 5 miles today. I have been using Samsung's health ap running endurance coach and she does help even though I curse her out when she tells me to go faster lol. What is everyone else doing? Lisa

  18. I am up to 5 miles run today...feels great....i can run without stopping at all which is different from last time. Yesterday was a free for all for me lol....I graduated from college with my BSN and ate freely and did not exercise but it was fun and not an everyday occurrence so it is okay and I will be okay...I ate a lot lol. Back on track today so there is that. #stillfeelingstrong What Is everyone doing Today? Lisa
  19. Not exercising at all today only my arm bringing the drinks to my face lol...graduating today and no time plus eh I deserve a day off from exercise. What Is everyone else doing? Lisa
  20. Today is the day I walk across the stage...I am done with school!!! I am graduating with my BSN!! It is party time.....???????????? Lisa
  21. Went on a 4.25 mile run....going to up the miles next week.....graduating tomorrow which means food and drinks but I have planned for it so it should not be too detrimental to my weight. What is everyone else doing? #feelingstrong Lisa
  22. Did some squats etc before going for a 4.25 mile run at a 11 minute pace....i am finding my runs to be easier this time around ...i can run without stopping. ?????? What Is everyone else doing? Lisa
  23. I have been running lately some strength...ran 4.25 mile today used a app to train at one point told the computer voice to f off lol...but did it and no stopping getting stronger. What is everyone else doing today? Lisa
  24. Do you track your calories? My fitness pal is a good ap to use if not....you should keep some sort of record to accurately show what you are eating in a day to see what you may need to change. The key partially to lose weight is to eat at least 500 calories less than you need to maintain. For example if you wanted to maintain a weight of 160 you would need to eat 1600 calories a day. But if you want to reach 140 and weigh 160 you should eat about 1400 calories a day. That is simplistic but it may help you idk. Eating less than your maintainence calories will help weight loss.
