Your now a non smoker...exercise those muscles and limber up ;) easier said than done..i quit smoking and have since had back surgery..I think my go-cart riding days are over also :(

I believe if you think about it every day....instead of just the next couple, ..your odds of success improve 10 fold ;) Head down and move forward...always... never stick burning things in your mouth!

Oh...and you need a more canine type name...too many cats here already...we need some balance :p

All I can add, is that you have been here, .....and it takes perseverance to get though the early days of the quit...and the middle days....and for-ever...you got most of it, but let your guard down..we are ADDICTED to nicotine...we can never let even a little into our system...our body will SCREAM for more, and we WILL give in...just starve the bastard to death...dont feed the beast! Stay close to this board, and the people here can and will help you through your tough days... welcome aboard!

Thats a bad Idea!..Sticking around this board when you feel the MOST vulnerable is the safest bet...its members who "disappear", then return ,only to announce they have relapsed, and are starting over...dont you dare take a leave of absents! I do have to say..My (oldest) daughter is due July 25th...of course that would be a reason I would cancel..lol..I have 3 daughters who live in the Columbus area...1 in Delaware,1 in Hillliard, and 1in Pickerington...so even if the wife doesnt have any intention of going, I can drop her off at one of the girls house and head to the fair grounds...
