It does get better @SD2026, each month will get a bit better and by the time you are at a year, you shouldn't have these withdrawal symptoms anymore. You may get an occasional urge but it's much different than the ones you are experiencing now. They are basically few and far between and go away in a few seconds to a couple mins. You will get there, just keep doing what you are doing!!

Congratulations @SD2026 on 1 month smoke free! The most difficult month in the quit, IMO. You are doing really well and should be proud of yourself. Stay close to this forum and you will make it to the Lido deck before you know it. Onward to month 2.
