  2. Ohh I forgot to tell you, I had a dream about a week ago that I smoked too. I took one puff in the dream and then I was so mad at myself. I kept thinking that I'm going to have to change my ticker on here because I'm not quit over a month anymore. When I woke up, I said to myself, thankfully it was just a dream....just like yours was. I hope you are doing better now Brioski! 🙂
  3. you can do it Brioski!! You are doing great!! 👍 Keep it up, hang in there! I definitely know how you are feeling as I still get the cravings once in a while as well. Hang in there!! 🙂

  6. Yes, I had it too. I also had a feeling of doom but it all passed after about 3 weeks or so. Hang in there!!😃
  7. Thanks everyone! 🙂 I think if this doesn't go away by next week, I will make an appt with my doctor. Maybe he can give me something to get rid of it.
  8. Thanks everyone! As I said, I'm just not feeling well. I don't know if its a bug going around, or if it's a side effect of me not smoking anymore, but honestly I don't feel well physically and whatever it is, it's having an effect on me! 😞
  9. I haven't been feeling well since last week. horrible cough and stuffed up nose, but when I try to blow my nose nothing comes out. I don't know what is going on with me!! Thanks everyone! 😁 btw, I haven't smoked at all...I'm just not feeling well, but at least I haven't smoked!!! Yay!!!!!😁
  10. Hi Folks, I'm just having a little bit of a meltdown now! I haven't smoked, thankfully. I just had things going on in my life! And, I think I am doing quite well, but I have lots of sickness, which I think is related to quitting smoking. Anyway, I need a little support. Thanks!! 🥰
  11. I know you can do it LOF! We all have. I'm only smoke free for a little over a month and I have survived...LOL!! The first week was bad, I will be honest, but most of the time I was not climbing the walls. I had a few meltdowns but then I would come on here and everyone would help me through it. You can do it!!! I know that first one in the morning was the most difficult. I would be having my coffee, sitting by my computer and then I would go and smoke. But I got through it and it's really not too bad now. The longer you go without a cigarette, the easier it will become. At first I would think of smoking every single minute of the day, now I don't think about it nearly as much, it keeps getting less and less. When I do get a craving they don't last more than a few seconds. If you need the lozenges when you get out of bed, use them. Whatever will help you!! 😃
