Nex time you go to mouse town...
  3. I'm sorry that you are having a hard time. There were quite a few rough points in my quit. I know that the last thing that you want to hear is "hold on, it passes" or "hold on, it gets better" but it really does. There are going to be periods during this journey where you are stopped in your tracks by cravings, it could be just one or a whole day of it. It can happen at a point where you thought that craving and thoughts should be over. The important thing to remember is that it does pass and a time does come where you don't even think about it, at all.
  4. Congratulations Morgan!!! Keep climbing!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
