  19. Like everyone else has said. You're addicted to nicotine. Just because it's only 4 smokes a day doesn't mean your not addicted. The fact that you continue to sneak out at night to have a couple smokes proves it. This is classic junkie thinking and rationalization. Quitting is the best thing to getting your life back to some sort of normalcy. So, find a seat on the train and let us help you toward a happier and healthier version of yourself.
