  13. Hi @erkan, welcome to quittrain. We already have our tickers that we can set from the time we quit no matter how far along we are. They also track how much money we saved and cigarettes not smoked since we quit. Thank you for thinking of us though. Maybe someone will find your app useful

  16. You CAN put it into practice, we all are proof of that. Think of something else you had to quit doing, for me it was dirt bike riding, I equated quitting to just like I couldn't ride anymore I couldn't smoke. That was it. I would remind myself over and over again that all (good?!) things must come to an end and smoking was that next thing. It really is more simple than we all make it out to be in our heads, you just quit. That's it. Don't buy anymore, don't bum anymore and realize that you will be uncomfortable for a bit while you withdraw the nicotine.

  21. I agree, shake it off and get back to quitting! The sooner the better and I know you know this............
  22. Aww man @Linda, that sucks that you caved instead of coming here to your support. Sometimes just looking at your ticker is enough to show you what you'll be giving up.... I hope you've destroyed whatever cigs you had and are ready to take your seat back?

"Quitting is not for everyone." That is only true if you give in to the addiction. ANYONE can quit smoking if they put in the effort and the self discipline needed.......
