    -5 Hi Joe
  2. Yes Justine you totally can and we'll support you along the way We also have an introduction board if you want to introduce yourself to more people. Some don't always check out the celebrations board and I know more people will want to welcome you too
  3. Hi Justine, congratulations on taking back your life. July 3rd is a great day to quit I tackled bad craves using my air cigarette. I just pretended I was holding a real cigarette in my fingers and then went through the motions of "smoking" it. It worked great at tricking my mind into thinking it was getting the real thing. Another thing you can do is stock up on candy or gum then pop one of those in your mouth when you get a crave.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
