Oh yes, of course you need to talk about it, that's a lot on your plate! The good news with your upcoming surgery is that you will heal so much quicker now that your circulation has improved. That's one of the first things to get back as I'm sure you've probably noticed by now You are doing so well Michelle, vaping will only put you right back to square one and we all know that's NOT where we want to go! Why not take a long hot bath or make yourself something to eat. Both things I'm sure you did smoke free right?

Good on you for posting Michelle, the crave will pass. They always do. Can you go some place in your home that you never smoked?
  20. Welcome aboard our train of quitters Michael and congratulations on taking back your life two weeks ago 😊 The insomnia is completely normal and sucks but it's only temporary so hang in there. As for your breathing, your cilia have already started cleaning all the damage we did by smoking and this can result in some shortness of breath. That being said, and especially in these virus times, it's never a bad idea to call your dr. for their opinion of if you should go in or not. Especially if it gets worse or is particularly troublesome. Congrats again on your awesome quit and be sure to have a look around. Lots to do and learn here on all our various forums 😊
