You know smokers, and I'm speaking from experience, are never going to admit they're addicted to nicotine until they're ready to quit and see the addiction for what it is. I would give anything to rewind the clock and quit when I was your age but I continued to smoke until I was 52 years old and only quit because of breathing issues.
