Nope!Linda, just one other tip while I remember it. A turning point for me was when I reframed what I wanted to achieve in my head. I started out looking at it as I didn't want to smoke. That was really difficult and irritating because it wasn't true 100% of the time. It is also really hard to protect that negative. Once I started to view it as I really want to be smoke free it became a little easier, because now I was protecting that objective and that one cigarette was the enemy not a seduction against something that wasn't true all the time. Just in case it helps. And do keep coming back here. A lot or as much as is useful. Shout, scream, cry, bitch, whinge, hopefully laugh sometimes.
