Hi all, I guess you've seen a number of refugees from another forum recently. I found my way here as members had always spoken in glowing terms of this one. A little about me. 6 weeks quit after 35 years smoking and if I'm honest still finding it quite a struggle. It is my first (and I'm determined to be only) attempt to quit smoking. The daily Nope pledge has been significant in getting me through a number of tough days so far, as has the distraction of playing games with friends in forums. Hope to make a positive contribution here!
