Jeff.... Your no more addicted to nicotine than anyone else here ...I smoked 52 years ...now that's a addict .!!!! To quit you have to out your whole self in ....you know that old hokey cokey dance ... It's no good being half hearted .... You have to soak in all the knowledge here ...your quit is your 1st priority...you guard it with your life ... If you don't ,those cigerettes are going to kill you ...like the millions before you . You do it the same as everyone else here ...Never Stick Anything In Your Mouth And Set Fire To It . You only have to ask your self one question ..Do I want to smoke or not ????? If it's NO....then get your backside back here ,stay in your seat until Freedom ...

I very often press the wrong button ...lol...

Cravings get fewer and fewer as time goes on ...and they get weaker and weaker ... I remember being a couple of months in my quit ...and when I was going shopping some young guy asked me if I had a light . I didn't even think about it ...I immediately said ...Sorry i don't smoke !!!!....when he passed I High Five the air Everyone is different ....this is why we call it a journey ...asking as you have your quit ticket ,you can stay on the train as long as it takes you to Freedom .. Well done @idontsmoke.....

Your lucky to still have a great head of hair piggy ...lol..... It seems our Boris ,is going to make a announcement tomorrow .... I think it's about the 2 meatre distance ...and opening the pubs and restaurants..... I still say watch this space !!!

Sad to read this Jeff.... Are you a Happy Smoker ????? If you don't quit ,you will die a smoker ,probably due to a Smokers Illness ... When you decide Smoking is not for you ...we will be here ...your seat will always be here ...
