Congratulations......I'm sure your recovery would have took longer as a smoker ... I'm with Jillar in this one ...I couldn't have a cigerette lying around ...No way ... I was a 52 years Junkie ...who would have found any excuse under the sun to smoke them ..

  11. Oh I've tried this method quite a few times in my 52 year Smoking Career.... Knowing you only have a certain few cigs a day ...mind blowing... Clock watching ...watching the minutes go by ..ever so slowly ,waiting for that precious hand on the clock to click on the minute you can finally light up ,and ease those cravings ...not wanting the cigerette to ever end ,cos you know you have to do it all again ....and again ... My advice ...don't bother with all that torture ....put them down and promise never to smoke again ..

Thank you ,thank you ....for this great place, and for all your hard work ,making sure the Train runs smoothly along the track... How many lives are being saved is nothing short of Magical .... For Everyone in the Past and in the future who will take a seat .. THANK YOU ❤❤

  21. Your ready Linda ..Don't listen to that junkie nicotine monkey sitting whispering in your ear .. A smoker will always find a reason to have a smoke ... I'm in much the same situation as you ...and wouldn't light up now for the world ... Looking after your own health is your priority.... We can give you all the tools and help you need ...but you have to put the work in ... Maybe you could read Allen Carr the easy way ...while you are wondering if your ready ... This is a fabulous book ..that has helped millions quit ...including me .... Hope to see you take your seat again soon ..

  25. -1Hi Nancy x

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
