NOPE !!!!Sending my prayers and love sweetheart...I am very saddened to hear this...hugs Evelyn.xxxxMom...this what is known as !!romancing the cigarette !!...you still believe smoking does something for you.. Education...read,read,understand this addiction..understand why we get hooked... This is your weapon...you have to fight the battles ,to win the war... It's your decision whether you think you smoked or not...but i would throw out anything you stick in your mouth And set fire to it... Your a non smoker...so why would you smoke anything ?The train has slowed down ...it needs putting back up to speed...let's get the wheels turning...xI sorry to hear you threw away your lovely quit...you smoked because your a addict .. You have to want to quit Indy...more than you want to smoke...having one foot in,and one foot out ,is no good... You have to jump in with both feet firmly fixed...go back to basic,s.... Have you read Allen Carr the easy way...if you havnt...its a great read.... It has helped millions... Read all you can here...there is plenty of good stuff to help...take the pledge...in my early quit making that pledge knowing I had promised myself and my friends here,I would let me or them down if I smoked ..it kept me going.. Your quit Indy is no harder than mine was...I just knew smoking was not on the table ...ever... Jump back on...never give up...giving up...your life depends on it....xMorning quit train... It's a massive NOPE from me !!!Bring this forward again...it was my light bulb moment... It still makes me angry today...All they care about is your money.. Who they murder in the process doesn't matter..Well said boo...and so right when you say you can go on and on....it gives you self esteem and confidence to achieve lifes goals in all aspects of your life... XI can hug family and friends without worrying whether they think I stink... Always carrying packets of Mints.. What do you love....Oh...my heart has melted...way off the cute scale.... Look at that smile...her eyes are smiling too....so beautiful... And two toothy pegs.... Big hug my darling....xxxxx-10..sonic...go look at the babe thread lol..Hi Mom..I was lucky I didn't have any of these dreams..but plenty here have.. I can only imagine the relief when you know it was a dream...but being so relieved says it all. You were so glad you were still smoke free..this is great..x
