Daily exercise log for everyone :)
now Doreen, give Reci some credit! At least he's not eating on that machine. Last time we saw him, oh lord, I can't even begin. To describe. Anyway, 45 minutes of kickboxing this morning and about 5 miles of walking throughout the day. Had a 1hr Chinese massage, manicure, pedicure and eyebrow threading today, did some work in the morning and got everything together to get my taxes done this evening. A very productive but relaxing and self indulgent day

What Have You Done With Money Saved?
I was going to buy a beautiful monster of a Nordic track elliptical about a month after I quit but my mom bought it for me as a present for quitting. I've put it to very good use nearly every morning that I'm here. When I'm not here, I go to the gym and that membership is a bit of a splurge after my last (cheaper) one closed abruptly but it's well worth it. These are the main things that also fit in with my overall health goals but honestly, I treat myself very well since I've quit in more ways than monetarily- with rewards and such (which I haven't skimped on, believe me). I've become more understanding and patient with myself through the practice of having had to fight myself to keep my quit, especially in the beginning. I've also had to face a lot of the feelings that I realize now had been sublimated by smoking and the false sense of calm it gave. This has been a challenging yet rewarding part of the quit for me. Sorry if it sounds cheesy, but it's true: I feel like I'm my authentic self now. What better reward can you get?

Newbie quit date (09/02/18)
Welcome, Lee and congrats on your successful first week. Keep it going, Lee. Hang on to your precious quit as if your life depended on it, because it does. Not saying you'd be one of the unfortunate ones who succumb to a deadly smoking related disease but even if you'd be one of the lucky ones who doesn't, your quality of life definitely suffers when you're a smoker. This is one thing you don't see with any degree of clarity when you're a smoker. You're addicted, so your mind won't let you go there- to reality, that is. You see everything though the fog of your cigarette smoke and anyone, anything who attempts to mess with that is immediately shut down. Allow yourself to continue to see the light, Lee. You will never be sorry. If you lose your quit, you'll only be sorry. Pretty clear choice; fully yours to make. best wishes, PT

My Story.....
My advice would be same as what everyone has said above. Quitting nicotine is not always easy but it's always simple. NOPE!!! If there is nicotine in your vape, then of course there are no cravings. You're still ingesting nicotine at the same or greater level as when you were smoking cigarettes. The same principles that apply to getting off nicotine apply to getting off vaping.
