Oh, I am so sorry your life is difficult right now....but smoking won't fix anything...it will make you disappointed in yourself...and why throw away 16 days? I promise you it will get better, but quitting is a roller coaster, and you just have to hang on. It is no harder for you than the rest of us, and if we can do it ...you can, too!!

.For your QuitTrain quit meter, click on the QT Ticker tab at the top of the page. It will take you to where you can enter your information and pick your design. Once your ticker is created, copy the address on the right hand side. Next click on My Profile (in drop down by your name) and then click Edit Profile. Select signature on the left side, and then paste the address in the signature box. When you click Save Changes the ticker appears!

Dog lover Wino 3rd marriage...finally got it right twin too soft hearted for my own good, sometimes I cry when I am really mad, and that make me even madder work in training at credit union Blessed and thankful to still have both my parents (96 and 90) tend to travel in pack (22 to Destin each October, same for New Years...) love water...houseboat is my refuge two step-daughters, one just got engaged
