  6. Please don't do it, J! It would be a setback at this point, for sure. You are almost 3 weeks quit. Please try to put that idea out of your mind, and think of what you can do, instead. When the weather is decent why not take that brisk walk to the road, just for the walk! Keep moving!!

  13. From facebook: Update on Beth. She was moved out of ICU today. She is doing well but is in a great deal of pain and very tired. They are having her do some walking tomorrow because her oxygen level is lower then they like it. It sounds like a tentative Thursday or Friday for her coming home
