  1. Hello, I am new to this site. I found it quite by accident. I really feel I am ready to quit smoking and I wanted to find a forum that would offer tips, answers, and mostly support. I am really anxious to hear about everyone's journey through this process.

  4. In 10 days I will be 19 months quit - how crazy is that! Time sure do fly when you don't smoke! :D

  5. Lung CT Scan, chest X-ray, esophagoscopy and blood work results all came back clean. Relieved for the time being.

  6. I have turned myself into a runner and finally managed to run 5k!!!

  7. Smoking just one pack of cigarettes a day significantly decreases chances of dying of old age.

  8. Flight tracker is up and running for my favorite martian :)

  9. I can't believe I'm coming up close to my two years smoke free! Getting so excited!! silly i know.
