  5. ^^^^ Sounds pretty much like any other business
  6. For Doreen: I converted StewieTech into a flying machine that you can ride through the woods while enjoying some wine

  10. As your campaign manager, I can fix that
  11. Hey! That's pretty astute. Maybe you can replace this guy
  12. ^^^ OK - makes perfect sense now
  13. Am assuming you refer to Runfree who reaches 3 years on Dec. 20th? We also have a 2 year & a 4 year quit to celebrate this month. Exciting times
  14. LOL - I'm just glad you're still quit and getting really close to that 1 year mark. There's a few of us crossing that threshold next month
  15. ^^^ Great start Jules and based on what you were smoking per day, you already have almost 1,000 cigarettes NOT smoked at just 3 weeks quit! Now, that's progress
  16. To be sure Abby - this quitting thing requires 100% commitment. If you are not all in to begin with, your chances for a life long quit are slim to none and I can say that now from personal experience. Commit to the quit!!
  17. It's just on the horizon now buddy. Great Job!

  19. Ha, ha. ha ... you people are weird
  20. Hey T2B! We all have our own set of quit circumstances that is right for us in terms of finding our permanent quit time. You just need to find yours. I found mine quite unexpectedly earlier this year. Once you think your time is right, hold onto that feeling like a dog on a bone because that's how you will do it! You will quit forever as long as you NOPE in your head every day no matter what life throws at you. You WILL get there as long as you commit

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
