  1. Congrats on 7 days (Hell week Done)! It's a crazy journey in the beginning. Your whole world (and mind) was turned upside down and shaken into a jumble but from that jumble, you will build a new life. A nonsmoking life that will be richer and healthier than you can imagine. It will all be more than worth the temporary struggles. You are on track now and moving forward. Don't give up an inch of that hard fought for ground. It WILL get easier all the time. Wear that pride on your sleeve because others need to know what a great thing you have done for yourself

  16. OO And, my lawn is hardly growing anymore because of the seasonal change - hardly any more cutting required
  17. My 2nd and final harvest of Catnip for this year. Just drying it before snipping it up for the kitties. When it's fresh like this, you can sure tell it's from the mint family. Has a noticeable minty aroma. Cats really love this fresh stuff too

  22. I don't think there's any special stop smoking day or month here in Canada. At least not that I'm aware of. Mind you, my wife tells me all the time that I don't pay attention to things, or something like that?
  23. #2 is the lie.
  24. Way to go L4L! A 3rd notch in your belt of smoke-free living. Time for a celebration

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
