Oh no please don't Holly you know it is a lie take a couple deep breaths and if you have to use this game I used to play. I would say wait until your lunch break then if you really want you can go get them. That would settle me down and distract me. Then lunch would pass and if the urge came back I would say ok if you still feel that way on the way home you can stop and by then I would have the craving under control. Maybe keep some lollipops handy that also helped. For me I just look at the picture of my mom with no hair from her battle with lung cancer and that also helps.
  9. Mommy is finally getting some hair back maybe at next years walk she will have a full head of hair again.
  10. Mental side effect this is smoothing I notice from time to time. I was wondering if anyone else who has a few months finds this. I was on a road trip to my sisters and at one point I felt like I was waiting for something. It was a strange feeling in the old days it was more HOLD ON till we hit a road stop for a smoke. This was more like a mild feeling of expecting something (which I guess is a ghost of the old withdrawal feelings when traveling).
  11. MONDAY MORNING NOPE!
  12. It was the browser I was using look at that learn something new everyday :-)

  15. Reciprocity - I still can't figure how everybody adds all those things. I sometimes think it may be the browser. I gotta play around and see what I can discover.
  16. very cool!
  17. I agree and I honestly get sick of seeing people walking around sucking on things 24/7. I have in-laws vaping and they do it at the table which aggravates the crap out of me because even as a smoker I would NEVER think to light up at a table with people. I get it there are many people stating well it is better than smoking so if that makes them feel better to each is own. I am glad I broke the habit of HAVING to walk around with something in my mouth (hahah that sentence just made me snicker my mind was in the gutter LOL sorry)
  18. Are you sure not sick this sounds more like you picked something up. Especially with the vomiting.
  19. JKLNhd- It is really more a matter of you decided to smoke correct?
  20. Thank you! That is nice and so true.
  21. The walking taco is cracking me up. :D
