I was thinking the same thing. You are fighting a good fight but I am concerned about this. Read up on the benefits of quitting and try to focus on the positives that will be coming your way. Use this to strengthen your commitment to stay smoke free. You are doing great. These first few days are the roughest but be prepared for when you might have the money or transportation for smokes. You cannot let anything ruin your quit. You are fighting too hard to lose this battle.- MLMR Is 11 Months Smoke Free!

- Craving Again
Romanticizing the cigarette is a tough thing to let go of. Just know, as your signature says... If you have just one you will be right back where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are right now. PS For me, there is no such thing as "Just One". This is so true. It will not be just one cigarette. It will lead to more ...and... You may think that cigarette will calm you down but it will not. It will just feed your nicotine craving and will restart the process of smoking to relive the crave. You will also feel bad for losing your quit. It is a vicious cycle and it is best to break it once and for all. It might not feel like it but you are doing great, Michelle. Keep fighting. You can do this.- 1 to 20,000 in pictures
- Craving
Good job posting an SOS and fighting through those craves, Michelle. Each time you fight through a strong crave, it is a victory and it makes your quit stronger.- 13 hours in....
