  9. Welcome aboard, Patricia. You have made a wise decision in quitting smoking. I smoked for about 20 years and didn't think I could quit but joining an online support group similar to this one gave me the knowledge and support to quit for good. I think you will find the same support here. It is great to have you here.
  10. Welcome back, Sparkles. You are doing a great thing in quitting smoking. You can't do anything about the past so just focus on now. Quitting smoking is the right thing to do and you can do this.

  12. Yeah, you got this. The temptation will pass and you will be glad you didn't cave into it. Good for you for posting. Fight through this and your quit will not only still be in tact but also a lot stronger.
  13. Congratulations on 3 weeks smoke free, Justin. I have to agree with Mee in the post above. It sounds like you are relatively healthy from a healthy eating and exercising standpoint. Continue the good work there but make sure your quit is your main focus. Things will improve all over with time. Keep up the great work!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
