  1. NOPE! for Thursday
  2. It is definitely worth it. Yeah, it can be tough in the early stages but it gets far better with time. I really have a hard time believing that I used to smoke after being quit for quite some time. I do know smokers, see that they are struggling health wise, seeing the financial costs of cigarettes, having a lot of people look down on them, etc. and I can tell you that there are tons of reasons to quit. Life is a lot better without all of the negative parts of smoking and, with time, you should see that there really aren't any positive things that go along with smoking. Quitting is definitely worth it.
  3. Keep up the great work @Pilgrim
  4. Keep up the great work Jane!
  5. Congratulations on 8 months smoke free @Genecanuck Keep up the great work!
  6. Great job, Jane. Congratulations on 12 days smoke free.
  7. Welcome @Jane and congratulations on 10 days smoke free. You are doing a great thing in quitting. It is tough early but does get better with time and the early struggles are worth it long term. Keep up the great work!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
