  1. Ooh my - will never look at barbies the same - will always be on the lookout for the naked vegetarians !! For a start - you have already identified potential triggers a- so that is a good start. Will your non smoking friends be there ? If so - tell them your concerns up front and ask them to keep an eye out for you. Also - take snacks - I'm sure you can keep them discrete - so if the salad doesn't feel appealing - you have something to put in your mouth other than a cig ! Remember we are here if you need :-)

  7. Hey Aine - I loved that moment when I realised I could sit for more than an hour without spontaneous self combustion ! Didn't make the meetings more interesting - but at least I could smugly look at the squirming smokers ! It is great that you can see cravings as annoying rather than agonising - and it will keep getting better Oh - and when are we seeing the new hair do ??
  8. Sounds like a good night - except of course for the craves, falling off the chair and knicker flashing bit !! The good news is each time you face down these situations the stronger you get ! Oh and give your friends a thank you hug for me - they sound like awesome support !
