  7. Jaysus Rob I'm not surprised that scared the crap out of you, I'd have skid marks in my pants after that, thankfully you didn't get hurt, though dI'd say you were shaking for ages after, could have been soo bad. My hubby cycles alot to work, he's had a few similar incidents, people need to open their eyes when driving, far too many careless drivers out there.

He is a dirt bird and loves perving on women, loves the boobies, His sons are messed up apparently, Speaks double dutch, Loves bikes, racing.
  19. Awh Rowly come on, your life is worth soo much more than what you are giving it, please stop cutting your life short, cigarettes kill what more do you need, are you waiting til you get a terminal illness and then you will quit, throw your cancer sticks away now while you have a choice please x
  20. Lol Scott yeah sort of here, No idea what the meat head is on about but nothing new there ;)
  21. Hiya Mason and welcome, congrats and well done on quitting, best decision you will ever make. I had to avoid alcohol for the first few months to be on the safe side and then I would only drink a maximum of 3 drinks for another few months until I felt safe in my quit, alcohol was always my weak spot that use to get me breaking all my quits so maybe avoid going out for a little bit or only allow yourself a few drinks or leave early, if not have some crisps or peanuts or something to have if you crave. Sue xx
  22. Well done for not smoking, as each day passes it gets easier and easier. What I did when I got a crave was faced it full on and kept saying come on mother f@@@er do your worst and laughed myself through it, I actually wierdly kinda started enjoying getting each new crave and knowing no matter what I wouldn't smoke, was like knocking a wall down and pushing on through the next wall, felt facing it and saying things like is that the best you can do etc helped. Defo look up you tube video's of people dying from throat, lung, mouth cancers really knocks the craving dead. Make sure to treat yourself everyday starting off, I use to have a cake and cappuccino or something like that each evening, then every Saturday I would get my hair done or back massge, facial or buy myself something nice. If you did give in and have a smoke Brittany I can promise you it will taste disgusting and within probably a few days or so you will be back to day 1 again so there is absolutely no point in smoking cos you know you will quit again so keep going and before you know it you will experience a happiness you have never experienced before, you will feel, look and smell bloody brilliant. Keep going and book yourself in for a wash and blow dry or back massage for your 1 week quit. Sue xx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
